1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Cranewings product (including the Flight Log mobile application and the Flight School management platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Vona Group Ltd.
2. About Us
Cranewings is a trading name of Vona Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "Cranewings", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Vona Group Ltd. Our registered address and company number are available upon request at info@cranewings.io.
3. Description of Services
Cranewings provides (a) the Flight Log mobile application - a digital pilot logbook and aviation tool available on iOS - and (b) the Flight School management platform - a web-based system for flight schools, instructors, and students. These services are collectively referred to as "Services".
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Vona Group Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services; (c) upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Flight Log app require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store. Payments for the Flight School platform are processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to Vona Group Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. 'Cranewings' and associated logos are trademarks of Vona Group Ltd.
8. Aviation Data Disclaimer
The Services are tools to assist pilots and aviation businesses in managing flight operations and compliance. Information provided by the Services - including Go/No-Go assessments, currency tracking, licence milestone tracking, and logbook calculations - is for informational and recordkeeping purposes only and does not constitute professional aviation advice or substitute for official regulatory guidance from EASA, FAA, CAA, or other relevant aviation authorities. Vona Group Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made based on data within the Services, including flight operations, regulatory compliance, or safety-related decisions. Users remain responsible for compliance with all applicable aviation regulations in their jurisdiction (including EASA regulations, FAA regulations, CAA requirements, or equivalent). Always use your own professional judgement and consult official aviation authority guidance when making operational or regulatory decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vona Group Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
